The client is a leading developer in the region having delivered mixed-use projects, currently focusing on a pipeline of Residential, Commercial, Retail and Hospitality assets.
Project Oversight: Represent the developer's interests from project inception to completion, ensuring alignment with vision, quality, and budgets while addressing challenges to keep progress on track.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and positive relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors, while addressing all concerns.
Contract and Budget Management: Ensure contracts align with objectives, monitor budgets and expenditures, and coordinate with finance for payments and claims.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with laws and standards, conduct site visits for quality control, and address deficiencies with contractors.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare status reports, maintain accurate records, and recommend process improvements based on project insights.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, or equivalent) are a plus.
Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in delivering Mixed-use projects including Residential, Commercial, Retail and Hospitality assets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including design, construction, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must, Arabic is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
