Our client is a health tech company that is looking to grow their team in the KSA.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the kingdom.
• Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector, including insurance companies, hospitals, and government accounts.
• Promote and sell innovative services, such as chronic disease management, homecare solutions, and corporate wellness programs.
• Collaborate with the COO to create strategic plans that align with company objectives.
• Oversee the performance and development of the Sales Executive, ensuring alignment with team goals.
• Provide market insights and feedback to refine service offerings and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.

• Proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or related industries.
• Established network within the KSA healthcare sector, including connections with hospitals, insurers, and government entities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives.
• A healthcare-focused mindset with an understanding of chronic disease management, homecare, and corporate wellness is highly desirable.
