Job offer: Sales Manager - Dermatology

Our client is a fast-growing medical trading company in the UAE. They are looking to grow their team and hire a Sales Manager - Dermatology Division (capital equipment) based in Dubai covering the Middle East Africa (MEA) region.

The Sales Manager will lead the market expansion efforts for the Dermatology and Cosmetology medical device ( capital equipment) product lines. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth across the MEA region, with significant autonomy to develop new markets and establish a high-performing sales team.Key Responsibilities:

• Open and develop new markets/territories across the Middle East and Africa for the Dermatology and Cosmetology Medical Device portfolio.
• Strategically introduce consumable products following the successful establishment of the medical device line.
• Build and foster strong relationships with distributors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate the company's penetration and growth in the MEA region.
• Over time, recruit, develop, and lead a sales team to enhance regional reach and performance.

The ideal candidate for the role:

• Degrees in biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related discipline to understand the technical and clinical aspects of dermatology products.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential to effectively engage with a diverse client base across the MEA region.
• Proven sales experience in dermatology or cosmetology capital equipment, with a strong network in the industry.
• Prior experience with a reputable derma distributor or principal company, with a successful track record of MEA regional coverage.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships.
