- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to set financial goals and KPIs.

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives through the BUM.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, suppliers, technology and markets.

- Working closely with BUM/PM to develop clear pricing strategy improving the overall profitability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and partners.
- Monitor the division's financial performance and profitability.
- Managing the operational profitability of the division and identify the area of how we can grow the profitability
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure cost control and efficiency in all commercial operations.
- Evaluate financial risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Direct responsible of hiring and firing within the division.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide development plans for team members.
- Ensure adequate training and support for the team to meet their targets.
- Develop succession plan for the key role within the division and grow the talent.
- Ensure the division's operations are running smoothly, meeting timelines, and delivering on customer expectations.
- Implement best practices and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure synergy and effective communication.
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Develop clear strategy and plan for Key account management.
- Oversee customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering / medical technology or equivalent.
- MBA Required
- Experience in a supplier company - not a distributor
- Proven experience (typically 5-10 years) in commercial management, sales, or business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial and commercial principles.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
