• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives
• Manage budgeting processes and oversee financial reporting
• Facilitate financial audits and lead the finance team effectively
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning
• Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, procedures and systems
• Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
• Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team
• Oversees the day to day accounting, treasury and FP&A functions

A successful Finance Director should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in financial management software
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills
