Job offer: Business Development Manager

Our client is a well known and established early childhood education business based in Abu Dhabi.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand, including new openings, franchising, and market growth.
• Lead partnerships and manage operations in collaboration with government entities.
• Design and deliver customized educational solutions and contracts for corporate and institutional partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, government officials, and partners.
• Oversee financial planning, budget management, and performance monitoring to ensure strategic goals are met.i

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the education sector or similar industries.
• Proven success in expanding business operations and securing contracts in public or private sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE's education landscape, particularly in early childhood education.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic as an advantage.
