• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and data strategy for learning and development, aligned with the government's digital transformation goals.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of learning management systems and other digital learning platforms.
• Leverage data analytics to track learning outcomes, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• Lead and manage a team of technology and data professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Explore and implement innovative learning technologies, such as AI, VR/AR, and microlearning, to enhance the learning experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, data management and digital platforms
• At least 4 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably operating at executive level
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, data analytics and emerging technologies with strong preference for knowledge and experience of learning management systems (LMS) and tech/digital/data within a learning or education sector.
• Expertise in data management principles, including data collection, storage, analysis, and security.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term technology and digital strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex technical information.
