Market Analysis & Research:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify trading opportunities within the fertilizer market.
• Track global trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics to inform trading strategies.
• Support the preparation of market reports and presentations for the senior trading team.

Trade Execution & Support:

• Assist senior traders in executing trades efficiently.
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and logistics teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Manage and maintain trade-related documentation, contracts, and records.

Client Relationship Management:

• Collaborate with the senior trading team to nurture relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Address client inquiries and provide regular market updates.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and preferences.

Risk Management:

• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with trading activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, trading limits, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in resolving trade-related issues or disputes promptly.

• 2-10 years' experience in the fertilizer trading industry
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical skills
