Job Presentation
  • To spread learning & coaching culture across the organization
  • Manage and arrange mentoring and coaching session and ensure employees are having necessary knowledge and skills to undertake their roles and responsibilities to meet business requirements
  • Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
  • Managing and monitoring training budget / cost control of the Assignment of International Assignment (Internal domestic, and International)
  • Designing and developing training need analysis and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs (Competency Framework/IDP)
  • Working closely with department managers as a business partner for learning & development as well as, other human resources activities such as: recruitment, employee retention schemes, and employee relation
  • Managing the delivery of training and development programmers and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization
  • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
  • Evaluating training and development programs.
  • Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
  • Increasingly, having an understanding of e-learning techniques.
  • Becomes partner to leaders across organization regarding policies, procedures and methodologies related to HR matters to achieve alignment of high-quality work program with Oman labor law and business strategy by preparing company policies and procedures of different aspects as per business requirements.
