Job offer: Senior Director - Program Management - Mixed Use Project

Our client is a development company focusing on a multi billion mixed use development

• Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive program plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations, to ensure alignment with program objectives and milestones
• Oversee and maintain project management methodologies and tools for effective planning, monitoring, and control of program activities.
• Monitor program progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor the development and maintenance of program budgets, tracking actual costs against planned expenditures and identifying variances for analysis and corrective action
• Oversee the establishment of cost management processes and controls to monitor expenses, ensure compliance with financial policies, and optimize resource allocation. Lead high-level strategic planning and decision-making processes, monitoring progress and performance against established goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of document management systems and tools to facilitate version control, access management, and retrieval of program-related documents
• Ensure proper maintenance of program documentation including contracts, agreements, change orders, and project deliverables, in accordance with document control standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or any other related field
• Minimum of 18+ years of experience overseeing program management, planning, project controls, cost, scheduling for mixed use projects
• 5+ years experience working in KSA
• PMC, Contractor and Client side experience a must have
