Job offer: Manager - Loyalty Systems & CRM - Banking

A globally recognised brand in the banking and card products industry. This opportunity is offered initially on a 1 year fixed term contract with potential for renewal.

• Campaign configuration and testing: Setup and implementation of the product specific parameter updates
• Financial impact monitoring: Monitor new rewards costs against projections
• Cost optimisation review: Conduct monthly evaluation of costs against spend
• Card specific engagement: Drive category wise spend outcomes for the planned loyalty propositions
• User experience enhancement: Review opportunities to uplift UI/UX in lines with the new card CVPs
• Documentation and Audit: Maintain and update documentation on system changes

• Bachelors/Master's degree in business administration, IT, finance, banking or related
• Experience with Collinson XLS loyalty engine or similar loyalty system management background
• Solid understanding of cards business and enterprise wide products
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking/financial industry
• Strong financial acumen and technical knowledge
