• Manage financial reporting and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies.
• Oversee the maintenance of Chart of Accounts and General Ledger structures, ensuring alignment with organizational changes.
• Lead the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements and reports, along with coordinating audits.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting systems and processes, ensuring they meet international best practices.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for financial decision-making to senior leadership.
• Train and support team members, ensuring adherence to financial standards and policies.

• Qualified ACA, CPA, or ACCA professional.
• 4-6 years of experience, including managerial roles in financial reporting and accounting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial systems like Oracle.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
