The client is a SME Business with a total of 25 employees in Dubai and global operations in London and new york this role will include assisting in setting up a hr function from scratch and working closely with key stakeholders to do so.
The Key responsibilities will have/be
Setting up the HR framework/ function from scratch and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and align with the uae labour law.
Managing a team of administrators and working closely with the board and key stakeholders on strategic elements of HR.
Managing different time zones and being flexible to work US Hours when needed to manage various clients and stakeholders
Grievance issues, performance management, compliance and day to day HR Operation
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Build HR Framework with in the organisation and develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
The Successful candidate will have/be
HR Manager experience with a proven track record of building a function from scratch
Highly strategic as well as operationally strong across all areas of HR
Managerial experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Strong a and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
