* Defining goals and setting development plans, regulations, and policies for the Property Management Section
* Collaborating with the Financial Planning & Analysis department to ensure accurate budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting related to Property Management
* Preparing the executional plan and the time frame for implementing Property Management Section strategic plan and following up the implementation phases
* Submitting periodic progress reports on the strategic plans and operations of the Property Management Section
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of building systems, utilities, and infrastructure
* Coordinating facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections to uphold building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, minimizing disruptions to patient care and operational activities
* Managing maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors responsible for routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs of building systems, equipment, and grounds
* Developing and implementing maintenance schedules, work orders, and service contracts to optimize equipment performance, extend asset life, and reduce downtime
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with strong Business Acumen and Analytical Capabilities.
