• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Customer Insights: Gather and analyse customer feedback and data to refine product features and improve user experience.
• Requirements Definition: Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
• Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and promotional activities to maximise visibility and adoption.
• Project Management: Implement a robust project management framework to keep development activities on track

• Must have at least 5 years total experience working as a Product Manager in a product-centric technology company
• Must have at least 2 years experience in an early stage start up, ideally exposed to 0-1 growth
• Ideally you come from a technical background in software engineering with ability to communicate with developers on a technical level
• Proficient in agile principles and practices, with experience leading Scrum teams
• Strong understanding of the product life cycle, from ideation and market validation to launch and post-launch analysis
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to track product performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams
• Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy
• Experience of the health care industry is an advantage
