• Develop and execute strategic plans for real estate projects in the GCC.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of development, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, brokers, and investors.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals.
• Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting and investment analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

• A strong background in overseeing the planning, design and execution of luxury residential developments
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• At least 20 years of experience in real estate development, with significant exposure to international markets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
