• Overseeing all aspects of property construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Providing leadership and direction to the project team.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Continually reviewing and improving project processes and procedures.
• Representing the company in the property industry and promoting its services.

A successful Project Director should have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management, Property, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects across residential, hospitality, commercial projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the property industry and construction processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of risk management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
