  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple facilities in Al Qassim, ensuring consistency in service delivery and compliance with company standards.
  • Actively participate in the company's transformation initiatives, aligning regional operations with strategic goals and supporting the implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and lead change management efforts to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with clinic managers to address challenges, optimize staffing, and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to support clinic operations.
  • Lead and mentor the regional team, including clinic managers and support staff, to achieve performance targets.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement, and patient-centric service delivery.
  • Work closely with senior management to align regional operations with overall company objectives and transformational goals.




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Experience managing operations during organizational transformation or large-scale change projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and operational requirements in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
