• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and execute strategic acquisitions and dispositions
• Oversee the real estate investment strategy, including asset acquisition, portfolio management, and investment analysis.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and diversification strategies within the real estate investment and development sectors.
• Oversee the real estate development division, including project planning, design, construction, and marketing.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Promote innovative approaches to real estate development and investment.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Investment or Business Administration. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment, with at least 6 years in a CEO role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects and driving company growth.
