A leading health care provider headquartered internationally known for delivering cutting-edge medical care across numerous specialities. They are expanding to the Middle East and are looking to recruit a Channel Development Manager in Abu Dhabi.
The Channel Development Manager will drive our hospital network's growth and brand presence in the UAE by working with healthcare authorities, private companies, medical professionals, and the public. This role involves leading promotional initiatives, generating patient referrals, and managing end-to-end patient coordination, from initial inquiries to travel, admission, and billing support.Business Development & Expansion:
- Engage with UAE health authorities to strengthen patient referral channels.
- Build relationships with companies, insurers, and health care professionals to expand outreach and foster patient referrals.
- Generate monthly reports on patient acquisition efforts and marketing outcomes.
Patient Coordination & Services:
- Act as the primary contact for patient inquiries from the UAE and broader Middle East, ensuring prompt and efficient support.
- Oversee all logistics for referred patients, including admissions, scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodation in Singapore, and billing processes.
- Liaise with Singapore-based hospital teams to ensure seamless patient care throughout their treatment.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Develop marketing strategies to promote hospital services across the Middle East, targeting healthcare providers, companies, and the general public.
- Organize and lead seminars, CMEs, webinars, and other promotional events to enhance visibility and awareness of our medical facilities in Singapore.
The successful candidate for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health care Management, medical science background graduate preferred
- At least 5 years of experience within the health care sector, specifically within the UAE market
- ideally the candidate needs to be based in Abu Dhabi
- Strong network of industry contacts in the UAE and Middle East, including health care providers and corporate payers.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong presentation and written communication skills
- Highly motivated candidate that can work independently.
