  • Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're met
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by development teams
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization

  • A minimum of 8 years' total experience, with 3 years as a product owner in the card issuance/card payment industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
  • Strong understanding of the payment industry landscape, including knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in driving product development and delivering successful product launches
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Previous experience in software and web development
