Job offer: Senior Marketing Manager - Entertainment Group - Abu Dhabi

Reporting to the GM, this person will be responsible for:

• Leading the development of the overall marketing strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team and ensuring its seamless execution across the various organizations within the group.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships, working closely with senior leaders from different entities within the group to align marketing objectives with business goals.
• Overseeing and managing a team of 8 across marketing and events, with the responsibility to identify talent gaps and strategically grow the team to enhance the organization's marketing capabilities.

To apply for this role, candidates must have the following experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience within the UAE.
• Proven experience leading the development of comprehensive marketing strategies, with hands-on execution. This person will be the senior-most leader in the marketing function.
• Preferred backgrounds include: Hospitality (centralized leadership at a MEA/EMEA level), hospitality developers, sports, media, or entertainment industries.
• Must be willing to relocate to or be based in Abu Dhabi to fully benefit from the package offered.
