• Distributor Management: Oversee the performance of existing distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Market Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with new distributors and partners to drive market growth across the UAE and surrounding regions.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Training & Support: Provide distributors with training, product knowledge, and ongoing support to maximize sales potential.
• Performance Monitoring: Set KPIs for distributors, track their performance, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure all distributors adhere to company policies and local regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights on market trends and business performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the medical devices industry.
• Proven experience in managing distributors or partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent understanding of the UAE healthcare market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
