· Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies for the appointed real estate projects.
· Be responsible for appointment and management of external leasing agencies, brokers and other consultants as required on appointed developments.
· Prepare, implement, and manage project marketing and leasing plans and budgets as required.
· Participate in the designs of the appointed development projects to ensure alignment with market and approved leasing strategy for implementation.
· Supervise and manage the appointed team's in respect of the leasing process including execution of documents and receipt of payments and provide post-contract services.
· Draft for approval, implement and manage/update Leasing policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation of the business.
· Implement all required systems (i.e. Documentation management, CRM etc) to support the leasing requirements.
· Co-ordinate as required with all other teams (Development, Legal, Accounting, Marketing (Graphics and Digital), Strategy) and 3rd party consultants for all necessary work requests to support the leasing activities and program.
· Advise senior management of potential issues with respect to time, quality, costs, and risks associated with the leasing program of appointed real estate projects.
· Develop and manage annual business plan & budget for Leasing. Review periodic cost and productivity analysis, and financial reports which have been prepared by others.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market trends and practices.
· Coordinate market research of the real estate market in Riyadh and KSA to ensure all relevant data is documented and used for benchmarking as required.
