- Lead the identification and implementation of sustainable and cost-effective design solutions for infrastructure and public realm projects.
- Supervise and facilitate design activities, ensuring compliance with the approved schedule and fostering efficient and timely progress in accordance with project milestones.
- Conduct on-site visits, providing proactive support to identify and address relevant issues, contributing to the smooth resolution of challenges and ensuring the successful progression of projects.
- Facilitate the provision of sufficient technical support to project teams during construction, addressing construct ability and other engineering issues effective
- Supervise the duration of the design review cycle, evaluating the time taken to review design submittals from third-party consultants, aiming to enhance the overall efficiency of the design review process.
- Monitor compliance with project design briefs, keeping track of both the number of deviations and design change orders on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate design goals into overall project plans, resulting in cohesive and well-aligned project outcomes
- Direct infrastructure tendering process
▪ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or equivalent from a recognized and accredited University.
▪ Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or equivalent from a recognized and accredited University is preferred
▪ Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng)
▪ 18+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure and Public Realm Design in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.
▪ A proven track record of dynamic and successful leadership in Infrastructure and Public Realm Design.
▪ Comprehensive working knowledge of governing bodies, committees, and regulatory organizations for the development sector within KSA.
