The client is a multi-billion dollar investment manager


As part of a wide and varied specification, the role will:

  • Achieve or exceed assigned fund-raising targets.
  • Be responsible for adding new Distribution counters including, but not limited to, Family Offices, Banks, Insurance companies and IFAs/EAMs.
  • Be responsible for managing existing client relationships and ensuring ongoing engagement with a view to maximising sales flows into funds or products managed, or arranged, by the company.



This should include:

  • Regular meetings with key stakeholders of the Distributors/clients to understand their requirements.
  • Supporting RMs in their sales efforts and conducting trainings for the sales teams.
  • Working with the investment and client servicing team to drive key investment messages through e-mail, online and face to face channels.
  • Provide investment marketing ideas for sales material/initiatives in order to maximise flows into funds and products; and
  • Originate leads and business for the company from direct contacts and professional relationships.



Within this framework, the incumbent should:

  • Identify and assist with new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the firm's asset management products and services.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and display the highest standards of ethics in safeguarding the interests of clients and protecting sensitive data at all times.
  • Manage distributor/client queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to help create a sales culture for relationship management as a key sales tool.
  • Work collegially as a member of the sales team to support wider team activities.

  • Fluent Arabic speaker
  • Degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in Sales/Client facing roles within GCC financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
