Ensure store consistently achieves sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense management.
Maintain high customer experience standards and recruit/train high-performing associates.
Implement training programs, analyze customer data, enforce loss prevention measures.
Oversee merchandise processing, marketing events, and visual presentation.
Comply with operational standards, ensure safe working environment.
May require non-traditional hours and travel for meetings and store events.
The successful Store Manager to join a dynamic global team:
Must have at least 3 years of leadership experience from a customer- service oriented culture
Must have come from fashion, apparel, footwear or sports brands ONLY
Must be results driven with a proven track record in exceeding sales; ability to identify, hire, develop and retail associates
Must have handled around a 400sqm store
Excellent & effective communication skills
