Job offer: M&A Manager

The client is one of the largest law firms in the region.

The M&A Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of key financial appraisal activities to support the business during their current growth phase. You will work directly with senior internal and key external stakeholders in delivering an effective and comprehensive M&A strategic plan.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Devising the M&A strategy
• Reviewing and appraising potential acquisition opportunities
• Business case and scenario analysis & review
• Conducting financial due diligence
• Leading on the post-acquisition integration activity

• Bachelor/Master degree ideally in a finance, business administration or related specialization from a reputable University;
• Having professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA is a plus
• 8-10 years' experience in a M&A environment, including experience playing a key role in executing transactions
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
• Proven ability to produce high quality and impactful professional documents
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in English
