Job offer: General Practitioner Hafar Al Batin

Our client is a well established Healthcare business that is looking to recruit an experienced General Practitioner (GP - ER/ICU) for their medical team in Hafar Al Batin, saudi Arabia.

• 
  
  Patient Care:
  • Provide immediate diagnosis and treatment to patients in the ER and ICU.
  • Perform medical examinations, take patient histories, and order necessary diagnostic tests.
  • Initiate appropriate treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management.
  • Monitor and record patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans.

  Emergency Response:
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide acute care to patients in critical condition.
  • Perform emergency procedures as needed, including resuscitation and stabilization.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
• 
  
  Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with consultants, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews.
• 
  
  Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Board certification or equivalent in General Practice.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ER and/or ICU settings.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
