- Administrative Support: Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Ensure the President is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritise incoming communications, draft correspondence, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure successful completion.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Office Management: Oversee the executive office's administrative functions, including maintaining office supplies, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other functions hosted by the President. Manage logistics and ensure seamless execution.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed travel agendas.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Represent the President with professionalism and integrity.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
