  • Lead the implementation of SAP Finance modules across the organisation, ensuring successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to post implementation support, prioritising project tasks and ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration, to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Supervise and coordinate with a large team of vendors and project teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in SAP FICO modules to optimise financial operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, SAP Certification) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules, including project delivery and transformation in large-scale entities.
  • Demonstrated involvement in multiple SAP implementations, with a strong focus on SAP Finance modules and workflows and related integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous or current experience in the UAE or Middle East is essential.
