Job vacancy Operations Analyst - After Sales

An international equipment distributor for multiple sectors providing tailored solutions to produce higher productivity and performance

• Deliver timely, accurate and professional reports to key stakeholders, including part sales, inventory and service dashboards
• Conduct analysis on OEM price changes and ensure accurate pricing uploads in the ERP system
• Prepare budgets for the after sales business (parts, service, and training) and generate monthly rolling forecasts for parts
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to provide monthly sales variance commentary between actual and budget figures
• Assist in retrieving data from the Inventory Control System (ICS) and troubleshoot ERP-related queries
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of general ledger setup, chart of accounts and associated data within various ledgers for detailed financial analysis

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or relevant field, with an additional qualification in data analytics highly preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in analytics and systems development
• Exposure to a dealership environment that sells a product and provides after sales support, service and training
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Power BI
• Desirable experience with SharePoint, possessing a detail-oriented, analytical mindset and ability to work independently with strong organisational skills
