Our client is a well-known professional services firm based in Saudi Arabia, renowned for delivering high-quality solutions to its clients. They are now looking to hire an experienced Operations Director to support their staff and drive operational excellence within the organisation.

The Operations Director will oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, process optimisation, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive business growth.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement in work-flows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of managers and staff across various departments, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring financial discipline and cost efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of operations, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics: Oversee supply chain management and logistics to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the operational processes and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on business.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to support overall company objectives and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to improve operational processes and drive organisational growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Saudi Nationals Preferred.
