Hawthorn Muscat - Oman

I have observed that the number of Muslim candidate who have appeared in IELTS exam from Hawthorn muscat are being failed purposely, I think the management should replace the people who correct the ielts papers with Europeans, my friend has written the exam 3 times in Hawthorn and was confident with his results, but was shocked to see the under preforming results 6.5, 5.5, 6..6.5. but when he appeared through British council, there was a huge difference in his score of 8, 7.5, 7.5, 8.5 in listening.
I suggest everybody better to approach in British council instead writing ielts exam in hawthorn.
