Muscat Insurance Company SAOG offers a wide selection of insurance products and services for corporate, SME, and individual customers. The company used to be known as Muscat National Holding Company SAOG, and had two fully-owned subsidiaries, Muscat Insurance Company SAOC (MIC) for general insurance and Muscat Life Assurance Company SAOC (MLAC) for life and health insurance products. In order to comply with local insurance regulations, the two subsidiaries were merged into their parent company, MNHC, and the parent company changed its name to Muscat Insurance Company SAOG in September 2017. As a composite insurance company, Muscat Insurance Company SAOG has the license to write both general and life insurance business.
