Review Bad service

Very bad service... I bought i hair remover machine on 01.05.2022. At the time of purchase they told me the guarantee will be covered for 1 year but now they are saying only 6 months. And also they have not provided the hand written invoice copy only I received the electronic invoice with sign of floor manager.
